Folks--

Here's the code from the August 1992 issue of Windows Tech Journal. There's
quite a lot of it this month.

BAKER.ZIP contains C and assembly files for accessing NETBIOS functions from
Windows programs. It's the code from M. Steven Baker's "Networking Delivers."

BLOOM.ZIP contains C source and executables for making colorful displays with
the WM_CTLCOLOR message, as shown in Rex Dieterle's "Make Your Text and Data
Bloom."

CURTAIN.ZIP holds part three of the .asm source for Dave Thielen's VxD
tutorial.

GLASS.ZIP is Turbo Pascal for Windows code for accessing LZEXPAND.DLL, which
is distributed with Windows. It's the code from Brett Glass's article,
"Spying on Windows."

POLYMOR.ZIP has more Charts code (in Turbo Pascal for Windows) by Zack
Urlocker.

SWAN.ZIP contains Turbo Pascal for Windows source for accessing the common
dialogs that come with Windows 3.1. Requires COMMDLG.DLL, but should run on
Windows 3, contrary to the text of the article. Will *not* run with unpatched
Turbo Pascal for Windows 1.0 (upgrade to v. 1.5 or download the patch from
CompuServe).

See you next month!
